•  Founder and President, Michael Holroyd, is a Lincoln native who boasts more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and adopts a hands-on approach that is unmatched in the Midwest.  Michael holds a Nebraska Real Estate Broker's license and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

• Michael founded Officenters in 1996.  Officenters is an executive office suites company that provides a full service office environment including office rooms, receptionist, administrative support staff, conference room, kitchen, copying center and break room to a diverse professional clientele.

• HIP's success is due in large part to its accomplished, detail-oriented team.  Our emphasis is on maintaining the close relationships we have built with our clients by providing them with star quality service. Our property managers take a proactive approach to onsite inspections and the follow up of details. Accounting perfection is critical, therefore, we have an expert in-house accounting team.  We also have one of the strongest and most qualified maintenance teams in the industry.
